ChessDrills is a chess opening training platform that analyzes your games from Lichess and Chess.com to identify your opening blindspots and provides personalized training plans. The Service includes:

• Game analysis and blindspot detection
• Personalized training plans and drills
• Opening repertoire analysis
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Integration with third-party chess platforms

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with ChessDrills, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Updating your information to keep it current and accurate

ChessDrills is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use ChessDrills for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service

Your user-generated content remains your property. By submitting content to ChessDrills, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with providing the Service.

ChessDrills integrates with third-party services including Lichess and Chess.com to enhance the Service. Your use of these integrations is governed by both these Terms of Service and the terms of service of those third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for:

• The availability or functionality of third-party services
• Data loss or security issues at third-party platforms
• Changes to third-party service terms or functionality

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChessDrills is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service or any products or services provided through the Service.

We specifically disclaim all implied warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChessDrills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data
• Third-party content or actions
• Any other matter related to the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms of Service
